Aris Mining Adjusted Net Earnings Reach US$293 Million Year-to-Date

The gold miner reported year-to-date adjusted net earnings that rose 99% from the same period in 2025.

Aris Mining Corporation (ARIS), a Canadian gold mining company focused on South America, reported adjusted net earnings of US$73 million, or US$0.35 a share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the company's adjusted net earnings reached US$293 million, a 99% increase compared to the same period in 2025.

Gold revenue for the third quarter was US$287 million, supported by an average realized gold price of US$4,205/oz. The company's adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter was US$144 million, contributing to a year-to-date adjusted EBITDA of US$535 million, which rose 81% from the first nine months of 2025. Trailing 12-month adjusted EBITDA reached US$702 million.

Year-to-date gold production rose 16% from 2025 to 217.3 koz, with 69.3 koz produced during the third quarter. The company maintained a cash balance of US$419 million as of September 30, 2026. This followed US$144 million in capital project investments during the third quarter, including US$86 million at Marmato and US$41 million at Segovia.

At the Marmato expansion, construction of the new carbon-in-pulp (CIP) plant is nearing completion and commissioning is underway. The company expects the first gold pour in December 2026 following the start-up of the gold-recovery and processing circuits. Other third-quarter developments included the completion of upgrades at the existing flotation plant and the commissioning of the new Cascabel 3 filtered tailings facility.

At Segovia, the company invested in the mining fleet and underground development to increase haulage efficiency and mining rates. The company said the resolution of explosives supply constraints is expected to support increased production from contract mining partners.

These expansions at Segovia and Marmato underpin a target of approximately 500,000 ounces of annual gold production once fully ramped up. The company's longer-term objective is approximately 1 million ounces of annual gold production.
