Aris Mining Reports Record Revenue and Adjusted Earnings

The gold miner ended the first quarter with a cash balance of $472 million, an increase of $80 million from December 31, 2025

Aris Mining Corporation (ARIS), a Canadian gold mining company focused on South America, reported record financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2026. Gold revenue rose 21% from the previous quarter to $364 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased 26% from Q4 2025 to $212 million.

Adjusted net earnings reached $124 million, or $0.60 a share, up from $0.46 a share in the fourth quarter of 2025. The company said operations generated $103 million in cash flow after sustaining capital and income taxes, which fully funded growth and expansion initiatives. After expansion capital, the company generated net cash flow of $42 million. Net debt was reduced to near zero.

Total gold production rose 6% from Q4 2025 to 74.3 thousand ounces. At the Segovia mine, production increased 5% over the previous quarter to 66.6 thousand ounces. This result reflected the processing of 175.4 thousand tonnes at 12.41 g/t, compared to 201.1 thousand tonnes at 10.10 g/t in Q4 2025. Owner-operated mining AISC was $1,492 per ounce sold, which outperformed the full-year 2026 guidance range of $1,700 to $1,800 per ounce.

Marmato production rose 16% over Q4 2025 to 7.8 thousand ounces. The company said this increase reflected the operating capacity of the existing flotation plant and mill feed from ore development and stopes in the Bulk Mining Zone.

Construction of the new 5,000 tonnes per day Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) plant at Marmato remains on schedule for first gold in Q4 2026. The company reported that the underground decline has broken through into the cross-cut, providing direct access from the Bulk Mining Zone to the new plant. Aris Mining plans to exit 2026 operating the CIP plant at approximately 3,000 tonnes per day, with throughput increasing to 4,000 tonnes per day by mid-2027 and reaching full capacity by the end of 2027.

At the Toroparu project in Guyana, a prefeasibility study is in progress and targeted for completion in the second half of 2026. The company is conducting geotechnical drilling and metallurgical test work to support a construction decision expected in early 2027.

At the Soto Norte project, the company is finalizing environmental studies for submission in Q2 2026 to initiate the licensing process. The company said the submission of the environmental license application is nearing completion.
