Aris Mining Corporation (ARIS), a Canadian gold mining company focused on South America, reported gold revenue of $321 million for the second quarter of 2026. The company realized an average gold price of $4,450 during the period.
Gold production for the second quarter was 73.7 thousand ounces, a figure the company described as consistent with the 74.3 thousand ounces produced in the first quarter. For the first half of 2026, total gold production rose to 148.0 thousand ounces from 113.4 thousand ounces during the same period in 2025.
The company reported adjusted EBITDA of $179 million for the second quarter and adjusted net earnings of $96 million, or 0.47 a share. On a trailing 12-month basis, adjusted EBITDA reached $690 million, while adjusted net earnings totaled $386 million, or 1.89 a share.
Aris Mining used its operations to fund $121 million in capital projects during the second quarter. This investment included $78 million at Marmato and $31 million at Segovia. At Segovia, the company increased investment in haulage infrastructure and underground development to support higher production from expanded processing facilities.
At Marmato, the company completed underground access connecting the Bulk Mining Zone to the new plant area. Mechanical installation of the ball and SAG mills is underway, and construction of the 5,000 tpd CIP plant continues. The company said the Marmato project remains on schedule for first gold in the fourth quarter of 2026.
These expansions at Segovia and Marmato are intended to increase annual gold production to approximately 500,000 ounces. The company also continues to advance the Soto Norte project in Colombia, where environmental studies and the license application are nearing completion. In Guyana, the prefeasibility study for the Toroparu project remains on schedule for completion in the second half of 2026, with a construction decision expected in early 2027.
