Triple Flag Operating Cash Flow Per Share Rises 15%

The precious metals royalty company reported operating cash flow per share of 0.45 US dollars for the third quarter of 2026

Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp. (TFPM), a precious metals streaming and royalty company, reported operating cash flow per share of 0.45 US dollars for the third quarter of 2026, a 15% increase year-over-year. Revenue for the period rose to 106.7 million US dollars from 93.5 million US dollars in the third quarter of 2025.

Net earnings for the quarter were 64.2 million US dollars, or 0.31 US dollars a share, compared to 61.9 million US dollars, or 0.30 US dollars a share, in the prior-year period. Adjusted net earnings reached 53.1 million US dollars, or 0.26 US dollars a share, up from 49.3 million US dollars, or 0.24 US dollars a share, in the third quarter of 2025. Gold equivalent ounces, or GEOs, for the quarter were 25,030 compared to 27,037 in the same period last year.

The company said it remains on track to achieve sales between the mid to top half of its 2026 guidance of 100,000 to 110,000 GEOs.

Development progressed across several portfolio assets. SSR Mining announced it will acquire the Converse project, which the company said establishes a path to production for its royalty at Converse as an extension of the Marigold Complex in Nevada. That asset is expected to produce 150 to 170 thousand ounces of gold annually over more than 10 years. First gold was poured ahead of schedule at Koné in September, with GEOs from that royalty ramping up through 2027. Production from the first phase of Prieska is expected by the end of 2027.

At Polo Sur, Antofagasta is evaluating the inclusion of oxide material in Centinela’s near-term mine plan. The company said this could bring forward GEOs previously expected only beyond 2030. Evolution is also advancing a mill expansion study at Northparkes to evaluate a higher throughput of 10 to 11 Mtpa to accelerate processing.

Triple Flag repurchased 20 million US dollars of shares during the third quarter under its normal course issuer bid. The company declared a dividend of 0.06 US dollars per common share to be paid on December 15, 2026. Triple Flag said it has more than 1.1 billion US dollars in available liquidity to pursue accretive opportunities.
