Triple Flag Precious Metals Revenue Rises to $276 Million

The company reported revenue of $276.2 million for the first six months of 2026

Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp. (TFPM), a precious metals royalty and streaming company, reported revenue of $276.2 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared with $176.3 million for the same period in 2025.

Operating income for the six-month period rose to $182.8 million from $98.9 million in the prior-year period. For the three months ended June 30, 2026, the company recorded revenue of $129.2 million, up from $94.1 million in the second quarter of 2025.

The company increased its investment in mineral interests, which rose to $2.32 billion as of June 30, 2026, from $1.89 billion at the end of 2025. This expansion was supported by $471.1 million spent on the acquisition of mineral interests during the first half of 2026, compared to $67.5 million in the same period the previous year.

To fund these activities, the company utilized debt markets. Triple Flag Precious Metals recorded $355 million in proceeds from the issuance of debt during the first six months of 2026. The company also made $120 million in debt repayments during that period. As of June 30, 2026, the company held $235 million in debt, whereas it had no debt recorded as of December 31, 2025.

Cash and cash equivalents decreased to $15.2 million at the end of the second quarter of 2026 from $71.3 million at the end of 2025. This decline followed a net cash use of $468.6 million in investing activities during the first half of the year.

During the first six months of 2026, the company paid $23.7 million in dividends. It also spent $21 million on the purchase of common shares through a normal course issuer bid.
