Triple Flag Precious Metals Raises Quarterly Dividend
The company reported second quarter revenue of $129.2 million
Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp. (TFPM), a precious metals streaming and royalty company, increased its quarterly dividend to $0.06 per common share. The board approved the increase for the fifth consecutive year since the company's 2021 initial public offering.
Revenue for the second quarter of 2026 rose to $129.2 million from $94.1 million in the second quarter of 2025. Net earnings for the period reached $156.3 million, or $0.76 a share, compared to $55.7 million, or $0.28 a share, in the prior-year quarter. Adjusted net earnings were $80.4 million, or $0.39 a share, up from $47.9 million, or $0.24 a share.
Operating cash flow increased to $111.2 million from $76.1 million in the same period last year. Operating cash flow per share rose to $0.54 from $0.38. Adjusted EBITDA grew to $117.2 million from $76.2 million. The company reported an asset margin of 94%, compared to 92% in the second quarter of 2025.
Gold equivalent ounces for the second quarter were 28,674, nearly equal to the 28,682 recorded in the second quarter of 2025. The company said it realized record GEOs and cash flow during the first six months of 2026.
Triple Flag announced $550 million in transactions in Australia and the United States during the first half of 2026. This included a $440 million investment for a 5.5% gold stream on the Ravenswood Mine in Australia. The company also repurchased $20 million of shares in the open market during the first six months of the year.
Guidance for 2026 increased to between 100,000 and 110,000 GEOs. The company also increased its 2030 outlook to between 150,000 and 160,000 GEOs. Triple Flag stated it has over $1 billion of available liquidity.
