**Coverage:** Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Q2 2026.
The Bureau of Economic Analysis raised its estimate of second-quarter 2026 real GDP growth to 2.20%, a 0.70 percentage-point lift from the previous 1.50% print.
That annualized quarter-over-quarter pace still trailed the first-quarter 2026 rate by 0.30 percentage points. Against second-quarter 2025, the reported growth rate was 1.80 percentage points lower.
The revision left the economy expanding at a solid but slower clip than at the start of the year, with the second-quarter pace still below the immediately preceding quarter’s rate.
