Vox Royalty Reports Net Income of $41.5 Million

The mining royalty company ended the first half of 2026 with $31.1 million in cash

Vox Royalty Corp. (VOXR), a mining royalty and streaming company, reported net income of $41.5 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The company recorded a net loss of $747,097 during the same period in the prior year.

Financial performance for the first half of the year was driven by a significant increase in net precious metals income, which reached $18.4 million. In contrast, the company reported no net precious metals income for the corresponding six-month period in 2025. The company said its net precious metals income on certain streams and other interests is subject to annual production caps that are typically met in the first half of the fiscal year. Because of this, the company noted that financial performance for any single quarter may not be indicative of full-year expectations.

Royalty revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026, was $3.7 million, down from $5.4 million in the same period the previous year. Gross profit for the half-year rose to $15.7 million from $3.6 million in 2025. This growth occurred alongside an increase in depletion on royalties and depreciation-like charges, which rose to $6.5 million from $1.8 million.

Liquidity improved as the company ended the period with $31.1 million in cash, compared to $10.2 million at the end of the same period in 2025. Net cash flows from operating activities for the first half of 2026 were $19.9 million, compared to $2.8 million in the prior year.

Investing activities resulted in a net cash inflow of $10.1 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026. This followed a net cash outflow of $11.7 million for the same period in 2025, primarily due to the acquisition of royalties. During the current period, the company generated $5.6 million from the disposition of a royalty and $4.9 million from the sale of investments.

Financing activities used $6.9 million over the six-month period. This included $1.9 million in dividends paid and $160,738 in interest payments on a credit facility. The company also recorded $2.1 million from the exercise of stock options.

As of June 30, 2026, the company's total assets were $163 million. This included $79.8 million in streams and other interests, which are measured at fair value using Level 3 inputs. Total equity rose to $152.7 million from $107.0 million as of December 31, 2025.
