GE HealthCare Reports Revenue Growth, Reaffirms Outlook

Preliminary second-quarter revenue reached $5.295 billion, the medical-technology company said.

GE HealthCare Technologies (GEHC) reported a 5.7% increase in preliminary second-quarter revenue, supported by organic growth, acquisitions and favorable foreign-currency movements.

The quarter paired continued sales growth with adjusted earnings that exceeded the company’s prior expectation, though GE HealthCare didn’t disclose an earnings figure.

Revenue rose from $5.007 billion a year earlier, while organic revenue increased 3.5% to $5.182 billion.

Acquisitions contributed $62 million to reported revenue, and foreign-currency movements added $51 million, widening the gap between reported and organic growth.

Diluted earnings and adjusted earnings are expected to increase from a year earlier. GE HealthCare reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance issued April 29, without restating or changing the numerical ranges in the preliminary release.

The company also announced a finance-leadership transition. Chief Financial Officer Jay Saccaro will leave Aug. 14, and Controller and Chief Accounting Officer George Newcomb was appointed interim CFO while GE HealthCare searches for a permanent successor.
