Stride's $15 million insider buying stands out for scale

Stride combined purchases large relative to company size with repeat buying, while Corebridge and Dolphin extended activity across all four weeks.

Stride, Inc. (LRN) stood out for the scale and recurrence of its insider purchases in the week ended November 6, 2026. Buying totaled $15.00 million, equivalent to 0.48% of company-wide market capitalization—the highest proportion among the selected companies. Two directors participated, and Stride had purchases in three of the past four weeks.

The broader week's open-market or private purchases reached at least $81.52 million across 37 companies. Coverage remains incomplete, and two purchase transactions lacked reported prices, leaving the dollar total a lower bound.

Corebridge Financial, Inc. (CRBG) carried the largest dollar commitment among the selected companies, at $19.57 million. Those purchases represented 0.13% of market capitalization and came from a single reporting owner, NIPPON LIFE INSURANCE CO, rather than a group of executives or directors. Corebridge had buying in all four weeks, giving its latest purchases a sustained backdrop.

Galaxy Digital Inc. (GLXY) added substantial dollars with a shorter recent history. Its $9.86 million in purchases represented 0.19% of company-wide market capitalization. A single buyer, who serves as both an officer and a director, bought on November 5; the current week was Galaxy's only week with buying in the four-week period.

Participation broadened at Liberty Global Ltd. (LBTYA), where two officers purchased Class A shares on November 4, with one also serving as a director. Together, their purchases totaled $3.03 million, or 0.09% of company-wide market capitalization. Liberty Global's activity was confined to the current week within the four-week history.

The same combination of multiple buyers and activity confined to the latest week appeared at Blackstone Mortgage Trust (BXMT). An officer-director and another director purchased shares on November 4, totaling $1.15 million. That amounted to 0.06% of market capitalization, with buying in one of the past four weeks.

Breadth also distinguished Starz (STRZ): three officers participated, including one who is also a director. Their purchases totaled $176,706.40, equivalent to 0.04% of market capitalization. Credit Acceptance (CACC), meanwhile, had a single director purchase totaling $1.46 million, or 0.03% of market capitalization. Both companies had buying only in the latest week of the four-week period.

Dolphin Entertainment, Inc. (DLPN) supplied the clearest reminder that recurrence and dollar size measure different things. One officer-director purchased $4,965.00 of shares in the latest week, equivalent to 0.04% of market capitalization, and the company had buying in all four weeks. Its sustained activity consisted of modest purchases—a long buying streak need not carry a large dollar commitment.
