Rapport buying stands out relative to size; Beacon brings breadth

Insider purchases totaled $109.32 million in an incomplete weekly tally, with company size, repeat buying and buyer breadth telling different stories.

Insider purchases reached $109.32 million across 30 companies for the week ending October 30, 2026, with Rapport Therapeutics, Inc. (RAPP) standing out for buying relative to company size. The weekly tally remains incomplete, and the selected companies present distinct patterns of concentrated spending, repeat purchases and broader participation.

Rapport’s $20.36 million in purchases represented 1.29% of its company-wide market capitalization, the highest proportion among the selected companies. A single director accounted for the week’s buying. Rapport had purchases in two of the past four weeks, giving the latest spending a recent history without establishing a broad group of buyers within the current week.

Corebridge Financial, Inc. (CRBG) brought greater persistence. Its $21.32 million in purchases came from one buyer, NIPPON LIFE INSURANCE CO, and buying occurred in all four weeks covered by the history. That makes the sustained activity a pattern of purchases by the same reporting owner; the current week’s spending represented 0.14% of company-wide market capitalization.

Repeat buying also linked Stride, Inc. (LRN), GROUP 1 AUTOMOTIVE INC (GPI) and Scholar Rock Holding Corp (SRRK). Their weekly purchases totaled $7.51 million, $5.04 million and $6.11 million, respectively. Each had one buyer in the current week and buying in two of the past four weeks. The buyers differed in role: directors purchased at Stride and Scholar Rock, while Conifer Management, L.L.C. purchased at Group 1. Those distinctions matter when assessing how widely participation extended inside each company.

Dolphin Entertainment, Inc. (DLPN) demonstrates why persistence deserves attention alongside dollar size. Its weekly purchase amounted to $4,895.10, yet buying occurred in all four weeks. The same reporting owner, who held both officer and director roles, made the purchases throughout that history. The repeated activity therefore reflects continuity by one participant.

LANDSTAR SYSTEM INC (LSTR) had a shorter observed history: one buyer purchased $714,619, with activity in one of the past four weeks. Its officer and director bought on October 30, and the transaction was reported on November 2. That reporting lag also illustrates why the incomplete weekly total should remain provisional.

Beacon Financial Corp (BBT) supplied the clearest breadth among the selected companies. Six directors purchased a combined $274,326.33, although buying appeared in only one of the past four weeks. Its distinguishing feature was participation across buyers within the week. Repeated purchases by one owner and purchases by several directors establish different kinds of activity; neither alone establishes the other.
