TaskUs Raises Full-Year Revenue Outlook After Record Quarter

Third-quarter service revenue of $314.7 million exceeded the top of guidance by $12.7 million as the company lifted full-year revenue to $1.249 billion–$1.251 billion.

TaskUs, Inc. (TASK), a provider of outsourced digital services and customer-experience operations, reported third-quarter service revenue of $314.7 million, 5.4% above the year-earlier period, and said the result exceeded the top of its guidance range by $12.7 million.

That beat was larger than the $10.9 million overage versus the top of second-quarter guidance. Co-founder and Chief Executive Bryce Maddock said the quarter set a record for the highest level of quarterly revenue in the company’s history.

Year-over-year growth had been 5.0% in the second quarter and 10.3% in the first. Maddock said third-quarter momentum was fueled by 28% growth in AI Services and that, excluding the largest client, year-over-year revenue growth was nearly 20%.

AI Services remained the fastest-growing line for a seventh consecutive quarter. Trailing twelve-month AI Services revenue eclipsed $250 million. Digital Customer Experience growth accelerated for a third consecutive quarter to 7.1% versus the third quarter of 2025, after 6.4% in the second quarter and approximately 5% in the first.

Net income was $26.2 million, or $0.28 a share, with an 8.3% margin. Adjusted net income was $31.3 million, or $0.34 a share, with a 9.9% margin. Adjusted EBITDA was $59.1 million, an 18.8% margin.

Cash conversion weakened. Free cash flow was $22.0 million, a 37.3% conversion of Adjusted EBITDA, versus $32.6 million and 56.5% conversion in the second quarter. Adjusted free cash flow was $23.0 million.

Chief Financial Officer Rishabh Khemka said the company delivered another quarter ahead of guidance on both revenue and Adjusted EBITDA. He said year-to-date Adjusted Free Cash Flow was $101.6 million, or 58% of Adjusted EBITDA.

On that basis, TaskUs increased its full-year 2026 revenue range to $1.249 billion to $1.251 billion, a $20 million raise at the midpoint from the $1.220 billion to $1.240 billion range issued after the second quarter. The company expects full-year Adjusted EBITDA margins of approximately 19% at the midpoint of that revenue guidance.

It also raised its full-year Adjusted Free Cash Flow outlook by $5 million to $120 million at the midpoint, or $115 million to $125 million, from $110 million to $120 million after the second quarter. At the midpoint of guidance, net cash provided by operating activities for the full year is expected to be approximately $165 million and purchase of property and equipment approximately $45 million.

For the fourth quarter, TaskUs expects revenue of $319 million to $321 million, implying 2.3% year-over-year growth at the midpoint, and an Adjusted EBITDA margin of about 19.5%.

Maddock said the company remains well-positioned to deliver accelerating growth in AI Services, where it supports developers of autonomous vehicles, robots, and frontier AI models, and continued resilience in Digital Customer Experience, where year-over-year growth rates have accelerated in each quarter of 2026.

Liquidity was $189.7 million in cash plus $100.0 million of borrowing capacity under the revolving credit facility at quarter-end. Headcount was approximately 64,700 teammates.
