TaskUs Raises Full-Year Revenue Floor After Guidance Beat
Second-quarter service revenue of $308.9 million topped the high end of the company’s outlook by $10.9 million, prompting a $10 million lift to the 2026 revenue floor.
TaskUs, Inc. (TASK), a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience, generated $308.9 million of service revenue in the three months ended June 30, 2026, 5.0% above the year-earlier quarter. The outsourced-services company said the result exceeded the top end of its second-quarter revenue guidance by $10.9 million.
That year-over-year rate slowed from 10.3% in the first quarter and 14.1% in the fourth quarter of 2025. Co-Founder and Chief Executive Bryce Maddock said the company outperformed the top end of guidance for both revenue and Adjusted EBITDA and is raising the midpoint of full-year revenue guidance. Chief Financial Officer Rishabh Khemka said the quarter demonstrated “disciplined financial and operational execution” as the company scales.
AI Services remained the fastest-growing service line for a sixth consecutive quarter, with 25.8% year-over-year growth. Maddock said momentum was anchored by approximately 26% growth in AI Services and continued diversification through strong mid-teens growth from clients other than the largest client. Digital Customer Experience growth accelerated to 6.4% compared with the second quarter of 2025, after approximately 5% growth in the first quarter.
Adjusted EBITDA was $57.7 million, with an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 18.7%. Net income was $22.0 million, or $0.24 a share, with a net income margin of 7.1%. Adjusted Net Income was $30.6 million, or $0.33 a share, with an Adjusted Net Income margin of 9.9%. The company recognized Everest Group as a Major Contender in the Healthcare Customer Experience Management Intelligent Operations PEAK Matrix Assessment 2026, a first for TaskUs.
Cash generation was a second thread. Net cash provided by operating activities was $43.1 million. Free Cash Flow was $32.6 million, with conversion of Adjusted EBITDA to Free Cash Flow of 56.5%. Adjusted Free Cash Flow was $36.4 million, with conversion of 63.2%. Khemka said cash flow generation was a highlight and that the company is increasing its cash flow guidance for the second quarter in a row.
Cash and cash equivalents were $180.3 million at June 30, 2026, with $100.0 million of borrowing capacity under the revolving credit facility. Teammates numbered approximately 63,200 at the end of the second quarter.
For the third quarter of 2026, TaskUs expects revenue of $300 million to $302 million, with midpoint year-over-year growth of 0.8% and an Adjusted EBITDA margin of about 18.7%. Full-year 2026 revenue guidance is now $1.22 billion to $1.24 billion, after the company increased the bottom end by $10 million from the prior $1.21 billion to $1.24 billion range issued in February. Midpoint year-over-year growth is 3.9%. Full-year Adjusted EBITDA margin is expected at approximately 19.0%. Adjusted Free Cash Flow guidance was raised to $110 million to $120 million from about $100 million previously. At the midpoint of that range, net cash provided by operating activities is expected to be approximately $162 million and purchases of property and equipment approximately $47 million.
