ITT Inc. (ITT) raised its 2026 EPS and adjusted EPS outlooks after third-quarter revenue rose 44% to $1.4 billion, while acquisition-related costs drove a 15% decline in GAAP EPS to $1.38. The SPX FLOW acquisition still accounted for most of the top-line increase, while organic growth slowed.

Organic revenue growth was 8%, down from 13% organic growth in the second quarter. Orders increased 58%, or 20% organically, which the company said was driven by SPX FLOW and by aerospace and defense, flow projects and biopharma.

Those adjusted EPS and GAAP EPS ranges sit above the second-quarter outlook of $8.12 to $8.32 and $4.47 to $4.67, respectively.
Chief Executive Officer and President Luca Savi said the company is executing at SPX FLOW with high-single-digit growth and capturing cost synergies ahead of schedule, and that a healthy backlog and orders momentum position ITT to continue driving growth and margin expansion next year.
The company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.386 a share, payable December 31, 2026. Davide Barbon, previously president of Motion Technologies, was named to lead Connect & Control Technologies, effective immediately. The two segments will remain distinct reportable units.
