At Dice, Zeile said the year-over-year bookings decline narrowed for the second consecutive quarter, reflecting progress in efforts to stabilize the business. He said enterprise renewal spending remains under pressure and that new-business sales performance and demand for specialized technology talent provide encouraging signs.
