GoDaddy's Airo Bookings Run Rate Tops $100 Million

Airo's annualized bookings run rate more than doubled from $50 million a quarter earlier as the company reported $1.34 billion of third-quarter revenue.

GoDaddy Inc. (GDDY), the domain registrar, said Airo, its flagship website product, reached an annualized bookings run rate of more than $100 million in the third quarter and began incrementally contributing to bookings growth.

That run rate more than doubled the $50 million the company shared one quarter earlier. Chief executive Aman Bhutani said the AI transformation is gaining momentum and that GoDaddy is positioning itself for an agentic world by expanding Airo’s capabilities and the reach of its platform.

Total revenue was $1.34 billion, up 6% year-over-year on both a reported and constant-currency basis. Total bookings were $1.43 billion, up 6% on the same bases.

Total customers were 20.5 million, up 40 thousand during the quarter and 75 thousand since Dec. 31, 2025. Average revenue per user was $253. Annualized recurring revenue was $4.51 billion.

Building on a domain API launched in the second quarter, GoDaddy expanded its Developer Platform with agent-friendly APIs for hosting, professional email and commerce, it said, enabling developers and AI agents to turn working code into live businesses.

Year-to-date through Oct. 26, 2026, the company repurchased 15.7 million shares for $1.4 billion, a 12% gross reduction in fully diluted shares outstanding since the start of the year. Cash and cash equivalents were $1.1 billion; total debt was $3.8 billion and net debt $2.7 billion as of Sept. 30.

For the full year ending Dec. 31, 2026, GoDaddy expects to finish toward the higher end of its revenue range of $5.215 billion to $5.255 billion, 6% growth at the midpoint versus $4.951 billion in 2025. It expects full-year A&C revenue growth of approximately 10% and Core revenue growth of approximately 4%. The company reaffirms a NEBITDA margin target of over 33% and a free cash flow target of approximately $1.8 billion.

GoDaddy will hold an Investor Night on Dec. 1, 2026, at its Tempe headquarters, during which leaders will discuss strategy and the AI transformation, refresh select financial targets and demonstrate recently launched experiences.
