Hybe expands global label network
The entertainment company now operates 17 independent labels across Korea, Japan, and the United States.
The entertainment lifestyle platform maker Hybe is pursuing growth through a multi-label strategy. The company currently manages 17 independent labels in the United States, Japan, and Korea to maintain a structure that consistently produces artists. Hybe intends to apply this system to global markets beyond Korea.
To broaden its operational reach, the company established new entities including ABD, Overture Investment Inc., and Overture 42 LLC. The company also founded HYBE INDIA ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED in September 2025. In October 2025, Hybe America signed a management contract with Tyla Seethal, an artist from South Africa.
Hybe is reorganizing its business around three axes consisting of music, platforms, and tech-driven future growth. The company is attempting to expand the boundaries of the entertainment industry by integrating music with technology through its gaming business and the Weverse platform.
Recent activities include the launch of the Listening Party feature on Weverse in April 2025 and the release of a new MMORPG game called Architect in October 2025. The company also entered the Latin American music market by establishing a local entity and acquiring Exile Music in November 2023.
Hybe plans to introduce K-pop entertainment that reflects the specific tastes of fans and regional market characteristics for teams debuting in the United States and Japan. The company said it aims to lead industry innovation and achieve growth by fusing its multi-label musical diversity with platform and gaming technology.
