SK Square reduces subsidiary count through divestments
The investment firm reduced its number of non-listed subsidiaries to 13.
The investment company SK Square decreased its total number of consolidated subsidiaries to 13 non-listed entities and 5 others. This change followed the divestment of shares in Mindknock, Incross, and One Store.
Operating results for the first half of 2026 show that the mobility business contributed 42.78% of consolidated revenue. The commerce business followed with 30.04%, while the platform business accounted for 27.09%. The holding company business represented 0.09% of the total.
Within the platform segment, SK Planet acquired the gifticon service from 11번가 on December 1, 2025. SK Planet also sold 297,642 shares of Wemade between July and December 2025 to recover investment funds.
Corporate governance activities included several board meetings in 2026 to discuss shareholder return policies and the status of portfolio companies. The board also reviewed the performance of the first half of the year and new investment directions on June 18, 2026.
