Insurance operations remain the primary driver of the business. As of June 2026, the company managed 20.42 million life insurance contracts. Death insurance represented the largest portion of its performance at 55.45%, followed by retirement pensions and other special accounts at 27.80% and survival insurance at 14.14%,.

To secure future growth, the company is developing new business areas including healthcare, trusts, and senior living. It established Samsung Noble Life, a subsidiary focused on operating senior welfare facilities.
