Enhanced Group Books First Public-Quarter Revenue
The company recognized $17.7 million of sponsorship revenue from the inaugural Enhanced Games and posted a $61.9 million net loss as it staged the event.
Enhanced Group, Inc. (ENHA), the personalized performance products and elite sports competition company, reported $17.7 million of revenue in the three months ended June 30, 2026, its first reported public quarter, versus no revenue a year earlier. Sales consisted primarily of sponsorship revenue recognized in connection with the inaugural Enhanced Games, held in May in Las Vegas.
Enhanced secured approximately $32 million of sponsorship contract value for the event with 10 sponsors. Remaining sponsorship revenue is expected to be recognized in future periods as performance obligations are satisfied and collectability is supported. Sponsorship contract value is an operating metric.
Net loss was $61.9 million, compared with a $3.0 million net loss in the year-ago quarter. The increase mostly comprised costs of staging the inaugural Games, a successful IRB clinical trial, completion of a de-SPAC merger, higher general and administrative expenses from operating as a public company, and launching its direct-to-consumer platform. Adjusted EBITDA was a $42.7 million loss, versus a $2.7 million loss a year earlier.
Games, athletes and event operating costs were $52.0 million, versus $0.6 million in the prior-year quarter. Selling, general and administrative expenses were $16.6 million, versus $2.2 million. Transaction expenses were $10.9 million, versus $0.3 million. Loss from operations was $61.9 million.
Chief Executive Officer Maximilian Martin said Enhanced was a privately held startup six months earlier and that the company had built the foundation for a personalized performance medicine business in the first six months of 2026. Second-quarter results reflected an intentional decision to invest heavily in the inaugural Games as a platform for its sports business and as a customer-acquisition engine for its performance medicine platform.
Enhanced hosted the Games in a purpose-built arena complex, where athletes achieved 21 personal bests and three world records since inception, and completed the interventional phase of an IRB-approved clinical trial. It launched the Live Enhanced platform with an athlete-branded protocol stack and a product line including 11 Rx therapies and two proprietary supplement products. An exclusive media rights agreement with Roku was said to deliver the Games to 100 million North American households. The Games engaged one billion people globally, including four million live views excluding Roku streaming data.
In July, Enhanced expanded beyond one tentpole event per year with the Enhanced Breakers Series, which operates at a fraction of the cost of a full Games event. It is evaluating strategic M&A opportunities and partnerships that would accelerate capabilities in sports, live entertainment and consumer businesses.
Cash used in operating activities was $44.0 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, versus $7.5 million in the prior-year six-month period. Cash and cash equivalents were $19.6 million as of June 30, 2026, versus $25.3 million as of December 31, 2025. A contract asset of $15.5 million appeared on the balance sheet.
During the second quarter and following the Games, Enhanced raised $50 million in a PIPE financing that included participation from its Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and several blue-chip investors. As of the earnings release, an additional $3.3 million from tranche two had been received and closed, and $13.3 million from tranche three was expected on or about August 14, 2026.
Enhanced submitted written testimony to the FDA’s Peptide Coalition Advisory Committee in July, which the chief executive attended, and views the developing peptide regulatory framework as a potential tailwind. It has engaged advisors to identify acquisitions and partnerships and is strengthening U.S. supply chain and pharmacy partnerships to support personalized compounding and nationwide fulfillment.
The company manages its business as a single operating and reportable segment. Weighted-average shares were 117.7 million for the quarter, and net loss was $0.53 a share.
