Centrica plc has proposed an interim dividend of 2.0p per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The company stated it possesses sufficient distributable reserves and adequate levels of realised profits within its retained earnings to support the payment.
Shareholders registered on Friday, 21 August 2026, will receive the payment on Tuesday, 22 September 2026,. The ex-dividend date is scheduled for Thursday, 20 August 2026.
