Advanced Technology Solutions net revenue rose 30.3% year over year to $405 million as Genpact lifted full-year adjusted diluted EPS growth to at least 13%.

Genpact’s updated full-year 2026 outlook calls for net revenue growth of at least 7% year over year as reported, or 6.8% on a constant-currency basis. The company expects Advanced Technology Solutions revenue to grow at least 25% year over year and said Core Business Services growth is expected to continue year over year.
Gross margin guidance was increased to approximately 36.9%, up approximately 90 basis points year over year, from a prior outlook of approximately 36.5%, up approximately 50 basis points year over year. Adjusted income from operations margin is expected at approximately 17.7%, up approximately 25 basis points year over year. Adjusted diluted earnings per share growth was raised to at least 13% year over year, from at least 12% after the second quarter.
Pandit said the company is “raising our full year 2026 gross margin and adjusted diluted EPS guidance to reflect this” and that it “continue[s] to invest significantly in Agentic Operations, strengthening our market position and building a high-quality business with durable growth.”
The company’s third-quarter results sat against a second-quarter backdrop in which Advanced Technology Solutions had already been growing 24.1% year over year and represented 27% of net revenues, while Core Business Services had risen 1.9% year over year. The third-quarter mix shift to 29% for Advanced Technology Solutions and the flat Core Business Services line marked a further tilt toward the higher-growth technology franchise.
Genpact said it will host a conference call on November 5, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET to discuss the quarter.
