Brink's Reports 3% Third-Quarter Revenue Growth, Expects NCR Atleos Close in Early January 2027

Third-quarter revenue was $1.375 billion, up 3%, as organic growth was 4% and adjusted EBITDA rose 8% to $274 million.

The Brink’s Company (BCO), a global provider of cash and valuables management, digital retail solutions and ATM managed services, said third-quarter 2026 revenue rose 3% to $1.375 billion, while GAAP net income fell 60% to $15 million. The company now expects to close its acquisition of NCR Atleos in early January 2027.

President and CEO Mark Eubanks said the company is making strong progress toward closing, citing increasing clarity on the regulatory front, including recent developments with the Competition and Markets Authority in the United Kingdom. He said early customer reaction has been positive and that joint integration planning teams are accelerating day-one readiness. Brink’s said it now expects to realize synergies sooner than originally planned and has identified additional opportunities that increase confidence in its original $200 million target.

Third-quarter revenue was $1.375 billion, up 3% from a year earlier, after 7% growth in the second quarter and 10% in the first. Organic revenue growth was 4%, while revenue increased 2% in constant currency. Eubanks said growth in AMS and DRS accelerated sequentially even against a challenging economic backdrop in many larger markets, with AMS/DRS organic growth above 16%.

GAAP operating profit fell 14% to $131 million, and GAAP net income fell 60% to $15 million, or $0.35 a share. Those results included $26.6 million of incident-related losses in the third quarter, including a September 2026 precious metals robbery in the global services line and a North America warehouse flooding event, as well as $45.7 million of NCR Atleos acquisition and transformation costs. Non-GAAP operating profit rose 11% to $208 million, and non-GAAP EPS rose 18% to $2.46. Adjusted EBITDA rose 8% to $274 million.

Europe operating profit rose 31% to $65 million. Rest of World operating profit rose 20% to $53 million on 25% organic growth. North America operating profit rose 8% to $62 million. Latin America operating profit fell 2% to $65 million on a 6% organic decline. Segment revenue was $1.375 billion. Europe revenue rose 1% to $380 million on 2% organic growth. Latin America revenue rose 8% to $354 million on 2% organic growth. North America revenue rose 1% to $440 million on 1% organic growth. Rest of World revenue rose 1% to $200 million on 14% organic growth.

The company said customer demand for its solutions remains healthy heading into the fourth quarter and that it remains committed to its full-year framework, which calls for mid-single-digit organic revenue growth, mid-to-high-teens AMS/DRS organic growth, 30 to 50 basis points of adjusted EBITDA margin expansion and 40% to 45% free cash flow conversion. Fourth-quarter 2026 revenue guidance is $1.365 billion to $1.415 billion, non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA is $275 million to $295 million, and non-GAAP EPS is $2.45 to $2.80 a share.

Brink’s said it will continue planning between now and closing to validate synergy opportunities and develop detailed post-closing implementation plans.
