The healthcare REIT now expects full-year Normalized FFO of $1.540 to $1.550 a share, AFFO of $1.625 to $1.635, and Normalized AFFO of $1.600 to $1.610. On October 1, Sabra completed the previously announced transition of 26 properties formerly leased to Avamere, with 22 going to Cascadia Healthcare subsidiaries and four to Ensign Group subsidiaries. Annualized cash rent on those properties increased to $53 million from $48 million after the second-quarter Avamere rent reset.
