DuPont completed a $250 million accelerated share purchase and substantially completed $100 million of open-market share repurchases in the third quarter. It announced intent to repurchase $250 million of shares in the fourth quarter.
Chief Financial Officer Antonella Franzen said the company is again raising its full-year outlook and now expects organic growth of about 4.5%, operating EBITDA of about $1.785 billion and adjusted EPS of $7.47 to $7.52, all at or above the high end of previously communicated guidance. Fourth-quarter 2026 net sales are expected at about $1.83 billion, operating EBITDA at about $455 million, and adjusted EPS of $1.90 to $1.95. Franzen said continued strength across healthcare, aerospace and industrial water end-markets leaves the company well positioned to deliver attractive growth, strong cash generation and effective capital deployment.
