XBiotech Leads Buying Intensity; Gold.com Draws $3.93 Million

The selected companies pair substantial purchases relative to market value with narrow buyer breadth, while Grace Therapeutics stands out for persistence.

Microcap insider purchases reached at least $7.48 million across 32 companies in the week ended October 30, 2026. The selected companies highlight different dimensions of that activity: XBiotech led purchases relative to market capitalization, Gold.com led in dollars, and Grace Therapeutics had the longest buying streak. Coverage remains incomplete, and one purchase lacked an accepted dollar valuation, making the aggregate a lower bound.

XBiotech Inc. attracted $711,251.32 in purchases, equivalent to 1.06% of its company-wide market capitalization. A single director accounted for the buying. That gave the company the strongest purchase intensity among the selected issuers, although activity appeared in only one of the past four weeks.

SenesTech, Inc. combined a smaller dollar commitment with more persistence. Its $29,056.20 in purchases represented 0.80% of market capitalization, and GLENBROOK CAPITAL MANAGEMENT bought in three of the past four weeks. The repeated activity came from the same reporting owner, so persistence did not mean a broader group of buyers.

That distinction also matters for (HYFM). An officer's $19,999.60 purchase represented 0.44% of market capitalization, placing a modest dollar amount high in the selected ranking relative to company size. Buying occurred in only one of the past four weeks, leaving a shorter history of activity than at SenesTech.

Gold.com, Inc. supplied the largest dollar commitment among the selected companies: $3.93 million, equivalent to 0.32% of market capitalization. Tether Global Investments Fund, S.I.C.A.F., S.A. was the sole buyer, with purchases in three of the past four weeks. Its larger dollar total and XBiotech's higher purchase-to-capitalization ratio illustrate why the two measures identify different leaders.

Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. also had buying in three of the past four weeks, with Equinox Partners Investment Management LLC supplying the activity. The latest week's $348,694.45 represented 0.28% of company-wide market capitalization. Its reported transaction prices were available, although an eligible reference quote for the Class A purchases was unavailable; the company-wide capitalization denominator does not supply independent transaction-price evidence.

Grace Therapeutics, Inc. extended the most persistent pattern in the selected group. Opaleye Management Inc. bought in all four weeks, including $117,408.01 in the latest week, equivalent to 0.27% of market capitalization. That sustained participation still represented a single buyer.

The shorter histories provide a useful counterweight. At (ACTU), a director who was also an officer purchased $49,999.62, equivalent to 0.23% of market capitalization. Buying appeared in only one of the past four weeks, giving the company a meaningful weekly purchase relative to its size without the repeated activity seen at Grace Therapeutics.

Korro Bio, Inc. occupied the middle ground on persistence. Lynx1 Capital Management LP accounted for $295,091.43 in purchases during the week, equivalent to 0.21% of market capitalization, with buying in two of the past four weeks. Across the selected companies, repeated commitments add context to purchase size; they do not establish insider motivation or predict future returns.

Market-capitalization comparisons use company-wide valuations dated October 2, 2026. Purchases here are code P transactions, which can be open-market or private purchases; awards and exercises are excluded. The records establish transactions, not a trading recommendation.
