The internet company said Google Cloud delivered record growth, with revenue up 103% to $30.7 billion, faster than the 82% increase to $24.8 billion in the second quarter. The company attributed the acceleration to Google Cloud Platform across enterprise AI infrastructure and enterprise AI solutions, as well as core GCP services, and said TPU systems sales were also a meaningful contributor.

Google Services revenue increased 11% to $96.3 billion, slower than the 15% gain in the prior quarter. Google Search & other rose 12% to $63.4 billion. Chief Executive Sundar Pichai said Alphabet was on a half-trillion-dollar revenue run rate. Capital expenditures were $51.4 billion. Free cash flow was negative $9.1 billion.
