The company said gross profit margin in the third quarter decreased to 18.3%, from 21.0% in the third quarter of 2025. Mortgage closed loan production totaled $1.38 billion. Income before tax from the mortgage banking segment was $35.0 million, up 7% from $32.7 million a year earlier.
