PPI Final Demand Rises 2.7% in September
The seasonally adjusted index reached 287.45, up 8.4% from a year earlier.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics’ seasonally adjusted Producer Price Index for final demand rose 2.7% in September 2026, to 287.45 on a November 2009 = 100 scale, from August.
That monthly gain of 7.61 index points left the index 22.36 points, or 8.4%, above September 2025.
