Total company revenue was $163.3 million for the three months ended August 31, 2026, up 26% from a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA was $47.0 million, or a 29% margin, up 81% year-over-year. GAAP gross margin was 77.8% and adjusted gross margin was 78.2%. Giamatteo said revenue, profitability, and cash flow generation all exceeded the company’s expectations.
