The communications provider posted record adjusted EBITDA of $12.4 million and lifted full-year 2027 sales guidance.

Ooma, Inc. (OOMA), a provider of advanced communications services for businesses and consumers, reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of $83.2 million, up 25% from a year earlier, matching the year-over-year pace of the immediately preceding quarter.

The company said subscription and services revenue rose to $75.6 million from $61.1 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2026 and accounted for 91% of the total, primarily on growth in Ooma Business, including the December 2025 acquisitions of FluentStream and Phone.com. Product and other revenue was $7.6 million.

Chief Executive Officer Eric Stang said the company launched AI Insights, AI Answering Service, and AI Receptionist for Ooma Office customers and introduced Ooma MyPhone, a residential landline aimed at parents who want to limit children’s cell-phone use. He said AirDial services revenue grew 75% over the same quarter a year ago. The company said it had good momentum across its major areas of the business, driven by POTS-replacement demand, new AI features, parental concern over kids’ phones, and contributions from FluentStream and Phone.com.

Cash and cash equivalents were $17.5 million at July 31, 2026. Outstanding debt was $47 million at quarter-end, Stang said. Operating cash flow was $13.1 million for the three months ended July 31, 2026. The company repaid $6.5 million of debt in the quarter and spent $2.5 million on share repurchases.

For the third quarter of fiscal 2027, Ooma expects total revenue of $83.7 million to $84.5 million, above the $81.6 million to $82.3 million range it had given in May.
