TSE-4716 Posts Record Profit and Revenue for Fiscal 2026

TSE-4716 reported ordinary profit of 91,373 million yen for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2026, an increase of 4.5% from the prior year.

TSE-4716, a Japan-based enterprise software and cloud infrastructure provider, reported revenue of 285,073 million yen for the fiscal year ended May 2026, up 8.2% from the prior year. Operating profit rose 3.4% to 89,795 million yen, and net income increased 4.6% to 63,537 million yen. All of TSE-4716's full-year revenue and profit metrics reached record highs.

TSE-4716's Cloud and Software segment generated revenue of 244,481 million yen, up 9.6%, with segment operating profit of 93,145 million yen, up 8.7%.

Inside the Cloud and Software segment, cloud revenue climbed 34.3% to 83,184 million yen, while software revenue was roughly flat, up 0.1% to 161,297 million yen.

Demand for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure remained strong among customers prioritizing performance, security and cost-effectiveness, and usage at TSE-4716's Tokyo and Osaka data centers increased steadily.

In January 2025, TSE-4716 began offering Oracle Exadata X11M, the latest generation of its Exadata platform, optimized for AMD EPYC processors and priced the same as the prior generation while improving performance for AI, analytics and online transaction processing workloads.

TSE-4716's Services segment posted revenue of 25,543 million yen, up 2.6%, while segment operating profit fell 9.6% to 5,281 million yen.

TSE-4716's Cloud and Software sales carry an outsized share of both total revenue and profit contribution, and any deterioration in that business could affect its financial results and condition.

TSE-4716 will strengthen its integrated AI offerings built on Oracle AI Database and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, extending them across Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle NetSuite and industry-specific applications.

TSE-4716 will expand sovereign cloud deployments delivered through Japanese partner firms using Oracle Alloy.

The cloud-for-Japan and AI-promotion priorities launched in the fiscal year ended May 2024 entered their third year in fiscal 2026, with TSE-4716 continuing to reinforce and expand those two pillars.
