Ondas Completes Cyberhawk Acquisition, Expands Drone Operations
The roughly $125 million transaction was structured with 95% of the consideration in cash.
Ondas Holdings Inc. (ONDS), a technology company, completed its acquisition of Cyberhawk on Aug. 10, advancing its expansion through acquired operations.
The closing followed a definitive agreement announced June 18, moving the transaction from an announced commitment into Ondas’s operating portfolio.
Ondas had valued the acquisition at approximately $125 million when it announced the agreement. About 95% of the consideration was to be paid in cash.
Cyberhawk was projected to generate more than $45 million in revenue for the fiscal year ending March 2027, giving Ondas a specified revenue contribution against which the acquisition can be measured.
The acquired business was also expected to produce high-single-digit EBITDA margins over that period.
The completion shifted Ondas’s focus to integrating Cyberhawk and delivering the revenue and margin profile outlined when the companies announced the transaction.
