AirSculpt Cuts 2026 Adjusted EBITDA Outlook
Adjusted EBITDA was $4.9 million in the second quarter as same-center sales stayed stable and the company lowered its profit range to about $12 million to $14 million.
AirSculpt Technologies (AIRS), a national provider of premium body contouring procedures, reduced its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook to approximately $12 million to $14 million after a second quarter in which same-center sales held steady and profit margins compressed.
The company reaffirmed full-year revenue at the lower end of its existing range of about $151 million to $157 million. That profit range sits below the $15 million to $17 million band it affirmed after the first quarter.
Revenue for the three months ended June 30, 2026, was $42.9 million, down 3% from $44.0 million a year earlier. Case volume was 3,376, a 0.5% decline from 3,392 in the year-ago quarter. On a same-center basis, case volume rose 1.0%, the second consecutive quarter of same-center case growth. Same-center revenue per case fell 2.0% to $12,707, leaving same-center sales stable.
Adjusted EBITDA was $4.9 million, with a margin of 11.5%. Net loss widened to $1.1 million from $0.6 million a year earlier. Loss per share was $0.02.
Chief Executive Officer Yogi Jashnani said the quarter marked a second period of stability and that the company stepped up marketing investment. He said AirSculpt entered the second half as a fundamentally stronger company with a larger addressable market and a broader procedure mix.
The company introduced an exclusive partnership with AlloClae to offer an injectable adipose matrix, a service line not present in the prior-quarter release. It also increased brand marketing.
Cash and cash equivalents were $18.8 million as of June 30, 2026, with $5.0 million of borrowing capacity under the revolving credit facility. Gross debt was approximately $44.2 million. During the quarter, the company raised $5.0 million from its at-the-market program and paid down $1.4 million of debt.
On August 7, 2026, AirSculpt amended its term loan to extend maturity to November 2027. It made a $2.5 million term-loan payment at signing and is required to make another $2.5 million payment on or before September 30, 2026. The amendment also requires that 50% of the net proceeds of future equity issuances, other than under equity incentive plans, be applied to prepay the term loans.
The company operated 31 facilities and 65 procedure rooms at quarter-end. Weighted average shares outstanding were 70.8 million.
For the first six months of 2026, revenue was $82.3 million and adjusted EBITDA was $8.2 million. Case volume over that six-month period was 6,458. Net loss for the six months was $3.5 million.
Jashnani said the company advanced plans to introduce new, sought-after procedures and that the AlloClae partnership expands the treatment offering. The company improved financial flexibility since the start of 2025, reducing gross debt by about $30 million to $44.2 million and increasing cash by about $10 million to $18.8 million.
The second-quarter result left same-center volume modestly higher and same-center sales unchanged, while the profit outlook moved lower. The term-loan extension and the equity-proceeds sweep sit alongside the $18.8 million cash balance and $44.2 million of gross debt as the company heads into the second half.
