Arteris Names Sinha CFO as Hawkins Retires

Hawkins will remain an adviser through February 2027 to support the transition.

Arteris (AIP), a semiconductor intellectual-property company, named Saurabh Sinha chief financial officer, effective Sept. 8, 2026.

Sinha will succeed Nick Hawkins, who is retiring as CFO.

The appointment advanced the finance-leadership transition that Arteris first announced in the prior quarter.

Hawkins will remain with Arteris as an adviser through February 2027, extending his involvement for several months after Sinha takes the role.

The arrangement gave Arteris an overlap between its incoming finance chief and the retiring executive as the previously announced transition moved forward.

Sinha is set to take charge of the finance organization in September, while Hawkins’ advisory term carries the handoff into next year.
