KinderCare Expands Reach, Omits Quarterly Results
KinderCare said it supported families in 42 states, one more than in December.
KinderCare Learning Companies (KLC), the early-childhood education and care provider, maintained a footprint of more than 2,700 centers and sites while its Aug. 4 update omitted quarterly financial and operating results.
The company expanded into one additional state, supporting families across 42 states compared with 41 states in its December 2024 disclosure.
The omission marked a break from the immediately preceding quarterly release, which included revenue, enrollment and the contribution from tuition rates.
KinderCare reported no revenue, earnings or year-over-year comparisons in the update, leaving its recent financial trajectory unquantified.
The company also provided no segment growth, operating profit or loss, adjusted EBITDA, or liquidity figures. It issued no financial guidance.
The broader geographic reach was the sole grounded operating change available against the prior-quarter disclosures, while the center-and-site count held above 2,700.
