Flutter Entertainment (FLUT), the global betting and gaming operator, reported revenue of $4,326 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The result represented a 3% increase year-over-year.

The company announced a change in leadership; Dan Taylor will succeed Peter Jackson as chief executive officer effective October 1, 2026.

Operational gains were driven by a series of product innovations and technology transformations. Flutter realized more than $300 million in incremental synergies and efficiencies resulting from these initiatives and post-acquisition integration programs led by Taylor.

Performance in the Flutter International division remained a significant contributor to the company's scale. The division generated more than $9 billion of annual revenue and over $2.2 billion of Adjusted EBITDA in 2025.
