Figma Raises 2026 Revenue Outlook After Third Growth Acceleration

Second-quarter revenue reached $370.1 million, up 48% from a year earlier, and the company lifted full-year 2026 revenue guidance by $40.0 million.

Figma, Inc. (FIG) reported second-quarter revenue of $370.1 million, up 48% from a year earlier, the third consecutive quarter in which year-over-year growth accelerated after 46% in the first quarter and 40% in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The design-software company said the result came in above the range of its previously issued second-quarter guidance. Chief Executive Dylan Field said the quarter was the third straight of accelerated revenue growth and that, as code gets commoditized and value moves up the stack, the opportunity ahead has only grown.

Chief Financial Officer Praveer Melwani called it a record quarter and the first full quarter of AI credit monetization. He said net dollar retention remained strong at 136% as customers expanded both seats and AI credit add-ons, and that those signals gave the company confidence to raise its full-year revenue outlook while continuing to invest behind products introduced at Config.

GAAP and non-GAAP gross profit year-over-year growth accelerated to 40%. GAAP gross profit was $309.6 million, an 84% margin; non-GAAP gross profit was $314.0 million, an 85% margin.

GAAP loss from operations was $117.3 million, a (32)% operating margin. Non-GAAP operating income was $36.1 million, a 10% margin. GAAP and non-GAAP operating income were impacted by increased sales and marketing spend related to Config, its annual user conference, which brought over 10,000 designers, product builders, and executive leaders to San Francisco.

Net cash provided by operating activities was $60.9 million, a 16% operating cash flow margin. Free cash flow was $53.2 million, a 14% margin. GAAP net loss was $112.2 million, or $0.21 a share. Non-GAAP net income was $42.6 million, or $0.08 a share. Cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities were $1.7 billion as of June 30, 2026.

Net dollar retention was 136% as of June 30, 2026. Paid customers with more than $10,000 in ARR numbered 15,964, growing 34% year-over-year. Paid customers with more than $100,000 in ARR numbered 1,635, growing 46% year-over-year. As of June 30, 2026, over 80% of paid customers with more than $10,000 in ARR were consuming AI credits weekly.

The company announced Code Layers, which brings Figma Make to the design canvas so teams can turn static designs into interactive, code-backed prototypes. It also introduced the ability to work directly in a production codebase with Figma Make, new expressive capabilities including Motion, Shaders, and 3D Transforms, and Figma Weave Tools. It launched the Figma agent, a first-party agent built into the canvas. As of July 31, 2026, over 50% of paid customers with more than $10,000 in ARR were using the Figma agent weekly.

For the third quarter of 2026, Figma guided revenue between $373.0 million and $375.0 million, implying 36% year-over-year growth at the midpoint. Full-year 2026 revenue guidance was raised $40.0 million to a range of $1.463 billion to $1.467 billion, implying 39% year-over-year growth at the midpoint. Full-year non-GAAP operating income is expected between $125.0 million and $135.0 million, a 9% non-GAAP operating margin at the midpoint.
