Digi Power X Schedules Quarterly Results for August 14
The company said it would release its second-quarter results Aug. 14.
Digi Power X (DGXX) omitted second-quarter operating and financial results from its latest disclosure, leaving the coming earnings release as the quarter’s defining update.
The company scheduled the results for Aug. 14, separating the earnings announcement from the Aug. 4 disclosure.
The current update provided no second-quarter revenue or net-loss figures. Those measures had been included in previous quarterly disclosures.
Digi Power X also left out adjusted EBITDA, removing a previously reported measure of operating performance from the current disclosure set.
Cash, capital expenditures and debt were absent as well, leaving the company’s latest investment and balance-sheet position undisclosed ahead of the results.
The Aug. 14 release is the next scheduled update on Digi Power X’s second-quarter performance.
