Perimeter Solutions Sales Rise 31% on Specialty Product Growth

The company reported second-quarter net sales of $213.8 million.

Perimeter Solutions (PRM), the provider of fire safety and specialty chemical products, reported second-quarter net sales that rose 31% to $213.8 million.

The result was driven by a sharp acceleration in the company's Specialty Products division, which offset a slower growth trajectory in its core fire safety business.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter increased 16% to $105.6 million. This growth was primarily supported by the Specialty Products segment, where Adjusted EBITDA rose 96% to $26.8 million. In contrast, the Fire Safety segment's Adjusted EBITDA remained nearly flat, increasing 1% to $78.8 million.

Segment performance diverged significantly during the period. Specialty Products net sales grew 100% to $84.7 million. Fire Safety net sales rose 7% to $129.1 million.

Year-to-date net sales increased 44% to $338.9 million. For the first half of 2026, Adjusted EBITDA rose 34% to $146.7 million, with the Specialty Products segment recording a 127% increase in Adjusted EBITDA.

Bottom-line results declined as the company's net loss widened to $181.6 million from a loss of $32.2 million in the prior-year period. Non-GAAP adjusted earnings per diluted share decreased to $0.35 from $0.39 a share.

Quarterly capital expenditures rose to $12.7 million, up from $5.8 million in the first quarter.

Perimeter Solutions acquired Monaco Enterprises on July 30, 2026, for $120.0 million in cash. The acquisition is expected to contribute more than $11 million of annualized Adjusted EBITDA to the Fire Safety segment.
