Flowco Holds Dividend Steady After Prior Increase

Flowco Holdings (FLOC) held its quarterly dividend unchanged, pausing the payout growth recorded in the previous quarter.
The decision followed a 12.5% increase in the prior period, marking a shift from raising the dividend to maintaining it.
Flowco had lifted the quarterly payout from $0.08 to $0.09 a share before keeping it at the higher level.
Across the four prior quarters, that increase was the only change in the company’s quarterly dividend.
The latest action left the payout one cent above its level before the increase.
Flowco’s dividend therefore remained at the elevated rate established in the previous quarter.
