Procore Agrees to Acquire DroneDeploy in All-Cash Deal

Procore Technologies (PCOR) agreed to acquire DroneDeploy, adding a new transaction to the construction-software company’s expansion plans.
Procore said the all-cash deal was valued at approximately $845 million.
The acquisition marked the quarter’s main strategic development, extending Procore’s operations through the purchase of DroneDeploy.
The transaction was expected to close later in 2026, subject to completion of the deal.
Procore’s financial outlook remains organic and excludes any contribution from DroneDeploy.
That exclusion leaves the acquisition’s financial effect outside Procore’s current forecast until the transaction closes.
