Corcept Therapeutics Raises Annual Revenue Guidance Following New Drug Launch

The company increased its 2026 revenue forecast to as high as $1.2 billion after Lifyorli generated $47.6 million in its first quarter of availability.

Corcept Therapeutics (CORT) reported a 32% increase in second-quarter revenue to $256.1 million.

The results followed the March 2026 FDA approval of Lifyorli, which generated $47.6 million in product revenue during its first quarter of availability. This new product stream contributed to a sequential revenue increase from $164.9 million in the first quarter.

Net income rose to $43.0 million from $35.1 million in the same period last year. The result reversed a net loss of $31.8 million recorded in the first quarter of 2026.

Revenue from Korlym and its authorized generic product grew to $208.6 million, up from $194.4 million in the second quarter of 2025. Operating expenses rose to $214.8 million from $167.8 million a year earlier, due to Lifyorli launch costs and investments in its Cushing's syndrome business.

Corcept raised its 2026 revenue guidance to between $1.1 billion and $1.2 billion. The company had previously projected revenue between $950 million and $1.05 billion in the first quarter, and between $900 million and $1.0 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Cash and investments totaled $544.6 million at June 30, 2026, up from $515.4 million at the end of March.

The company resubmitted its New Drug Application for relacorilant in Cushing's syndrome in June 2026, with a PDUFA date set for December 17, 2026.
