Reckitt Benckiser Announces Interim Dividend Increase and New Share Buyback

The company will repurchase up to £500 million in shares over the next year and has raised its interim dividend to 88.6 pence.

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc has declared an interim 2026 dividend of 88.6 pence, an increase from the 84.4 pence interim dividend paid in 2025. The dividend will be paid on 18 September 2026 to shareholders on the register as of 7 August 2026, with an ex-dividend date of 6 August 2026.

Additionally, the company announced a new share buyback programme to begin imminently. Reckitt intends to repurchase up to £500 million of shares over the following twelve months.
