GBank Sets July 29 Release With Quarterly Metrics Pending

GBank Financial Holdings scheduled its second-quarter earnings release for July 29, leaving its key banking metrics pending.

GBank Financial Holdings (GBFH), the bank holding company, had yet to report second-quarter 2026 net interest income or its net interest margin trajectory as of July 20. The company scheduled its earnings release and conference call for July 29.

The announcement provided no operating results for the quarter, leaving investors without a new reading on the businesses that drove revenue or changes in fee income and expenses.

Capital trends also remained pending. GBank gave no second-quarter CET1 ratio or update on dividends and share repurchases, preventing a comparison with the first quarter or earlier periods.

The company reported no provision for credit losses, net charge-offs, or reserve movement for the quarter. Its latest credit-quality direction therefore could not yet be measured.

Loan and deposit figures were similarly absent, leaving YoY and QoQ growth, funding costs, and balance-sheet momentum undetermined ahead of the release.

GBank also offered no updated guidance or management commentary on the operating environment. The July 29 results and call are expected to provide the first basis for assessing second-quarter margins, balance-sheet growth, capital returns, and credit conditions.
